About the Pink Training Weekend (Den Rosa Träningshelgen)
Get inspired for the Pink Ribbon-race (Rosa Bandet-loppet) this autumn during a weekend at beautiful Rönneberga together with Lidingöloppet. 

Price:SEK 2595 per person (part in double room*). For each reservation, SEK 50 is donated to the Swedish Cancer Society (Cancerfonden). 

Included in the price: 
- Breakfast buffet and coffee,
- Lunch Saturday and Sunday,
- Three-course menu on Saturday night, 
- Overnight stay in double room, 
- Access to pool, relaxation area and sauna, 
- Training sesssions and seminars with Lidingöloppet's experts,

*  A single room costs an additional SEK 300.

11:40 - 12:15: Light training session
12:15: Lunch
13:00 - 14:30: Lecture by Yvonne Wengström
14:30 - 15:00: Coffee
15:00 - 17:00: Inspiration and training session by Leila Söderholm
17:00 - 19:00: Access to pool and relax & sauna
19:00/19:30: Dinner at Restaurant Verandan
21:00 - 21:30: Relaxation: Yoga & breathing exercises

 

Sunday the 22st of May
07:30 - 08:30: Yoga session with Anna Dahlberg, Ving
09:00 - 10:00: Breakfast
09:30 - 11:00: Workshop and lecture with Sofia Öberg - "Get started with running as a lifestyle"
11:00 - 12:00: Mingling
12:00 - 13:00: Lunch and check-out
13:30/14:00: Optional, with own transport: Opportunity to test the Pink Ribbon-race (Rosa Bandet-loppet) course at Grönsta Gärde (4K/10K)
