Take the subway's red line 13 to Ropsten and then take the free bus to TCS Lidingöloppet. The buses also go back to Ropsten after the race.
The free buses run continuously between Ropsten and Lidingövallen during the following times:
Friday 22/9: at 12:00–22:00
Saturday 23/9: at 06:30–21:30
Sunday 24/9: at 06:30–18:00
At other times, regular bus routes 204 and 212 go to Lidingövallen (unfortunately not free). Go to www.sl.se for information on tickets, prices and timetables.
