TCS Lidingörullet
The TCS Lidingörullet is for you who use a rolling aid along the 2 kilometer course.
You choose to participate with or without an assistant.
After the finish, all participants receive a medal, fruit and drink and can celebrate to the music from the stage.
TCS Lidingöruset
In the TCS Lidingöruset, you can choose to run 1.7 kilometers or 4 kilometers.
After the finish, all participants receive a medal, fruit and drink and can celebrate to the music from the stage.

Registration is open until Friday 9/9.
Late registration can be done at Grönsta Gärde in the number bib tent on 9/23 if the race is not full.
Assistants
Assistants participate in the races free of charge.

Number bibs
The number bibs are picked up at Grönsta Gärde before the race, and that is also where the start and finish for both races are.

In order for the participants to get as close to the starting area as possible, we ask you to follow the flow below when transporting participants to TCS Lidingörullet and TCS Lidingöruset.
You park outside Lidingövallen during the race.
