About Vårmilen
Vårmilen has been called "one of the most beautiful 10K-courses in Stockholm", and with good reason. The race over 5 and 10 km takes place on winding forest roads in scenic landscapes, along forests, meadows and coasts. The course is hilly at times, but runs almost exclusively on soft trails, which makes this a gentle start of the running season.
