The Course

Start & Finish
Vårmilen has its start and finish on Lidingövallen. The course is relatively hilly and the surface consists of gravel, forest paths and asphalt.
Markings
Red/white stripes mark the entire course as well as Lidingöloppet's blue/white signs.
Officials
Officials are available at selected locations along the course.
How to get to Lidingövallen
Public transportation:
Take the red metro line to Ropsten and then change to bus 204 or 212 to Lidingövallen.
Car:
If you drive, turn right directly after the Lidingö bridge (towards Elfvik) and follow the road (Norra Kungsvägen) for about 4 km. Then you have Lidingövallen on the right side. Here you will find a map to Lidingövallen.
