TCS Lidingöloppet 30 – something extraordinary on soft trails in amazing nature!
Welcome to the world's largest cross-country race - TCS Lidingöloppet! The race is known for being as challenging as it is varied. The tough and beautiful course has been one of Sweden's great running challenges since its inception in 1965, a true test of strength for all runners – elite as well as amateur. Here, flat meadows and gravel roads are interspersed with sloping paths and steep uphill slopes.
To embark on this hilly 30 km track, you should be equipped with a substantial amount of endurance. The reward comes as you sprint to the finish and get to celebrate your achievement.
TCS Lidingöloppet 30 is part of En Svensk Klassiker.

Award ceremony on stage for the top three in all Junior and Veteran classes..
Rosabandet Race

The top six in each category will receive their prizes on stage after finishing.
TCS Lilla Lidingöloppet
The top six in each category will receive their awards on stage after the race. Other prize winners placed 7-30 will receive their awards in the prize distribution tent next to the stage.
The winners in the F15 and P15 categories will receive the Assar Blomquist scholarship.
TCS Lidingö Children's Race
All participants receive a medal at the finish line.
Elite
To qualify for the Elite Group (1A) at the TCS Lidingöloppet 30, the seeding time is 2.08 for both men and women.

TCS Lidingöloppet 30 is known for being as challenging as it is varied.
Here, flat meadows and gravel roads alternate with sloping paths and steep uphill climbs.
Feel free to study the course beforehand and plan your race.

Liquid controls
30 km is a respectable distance for most people. Since you will be running for an extended period, it's important to replenish fluids and energy. Plan your fluid and food intake both before and during the race. Hydration stations are located at the following places:
- The start at Koltorp: sports drink and water.
- Ekholmsnäs, 24.5 km from the finish: sports drink and water.
- Hustegaholm, 20.5 km from the finish: sports drink and water.
- Fågelöudde, 15 km from the finish: sports drink, water, buns, bananas, and pickles.
- Grönsta, 9.9 km from the finish: sports drink, water, buns, bananas, and pickles.
- Refreshment station, 6.3 km from the finish: sports drink, water, bananas, buns, cola, and pickles.
- Tyktorp, 3 km from the finish: sports drink, water, cola, bananas, and pickles.
- The goal at Grönsta field: sports drinks, water, buns, bananas, pickles, and coffee.

Runners of the 30 km race must pass certain checkpoints by specific times (cut-off times) in order to continue the race.
Fågelöudde (15 km) must be passed before 16:35
Grönsta checkpoint (20 km) before 17:20
Sticklinge, fluid station Uddvägen, (23.8 km) before 18:00
Sticklinge, fluid station Tyktorp, (27 km) before 18:40
The last starting group begins at 2:30 PM for the 30km race.

Annual Diploma :
Sent home to all runners who have completed 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 Lidingö Races/ Pink Ribbon races. (The Kids/Mini Lidingö Race does not count)
The annual diplomas are sent out to those who are eligible during the autumn after the race.
After completing 25 of the 30 km races, you will receive:
The Lidingöloppet honorary plaque with name inscription, (maximum one race per year).
A unique start number that follows you as long as you participate in the 30 km distance.
The opportunity to start in start group 1X
The plaque is sent out to those who are eligible during the autumn after the race.
From 2021, you do not need to contact the office to receive your award.
After completing 40 Lidingöloppet 30km, you will receive:
Free personal registration fee for the rest of your life. To take advantage of the benefit, please contact info@lidingoloppet.se. Does not apply to third-party registrations or already completed registrations.
Veterans' Club
To become a member of the Lidingöloppet Veteran Club, at least 30 completed Lidingöloppet or Rosabandet races (Lidingö Kids' Race and Little Lidingöloppet not included) at any distance are required. Each runner can count a maximum of one race per year.
Benefits of being a member of the Lidingö Race Veteran Club:
After completing 30 races or more, you are invited to the following year's Lidingöloppet Veteran Club meeting, which is organized in conjunction with the TCS Lidingöloppet weekend, during which you will be recognized for your fine efforts over the years.
After at least 30 completed races, you will receive a Lidingöloppet Veteran Club t-shirt. NOTE, this t-shirt is distributed during the next TCS Lidingöloppet weekend or sent to your home.
