In addition to digital seeding races and previous results from the TCS Lidingöloppet and Rosa Bandet-loppet, results from races in the following categories can also be specified when seeding to the starting groups in the TCS Lidingöloppet and Rosa Bandet-loppet:

Category 1: 10 km cross-country race:

The category includes two cross-country races organized by TCS Lidingöloppet:

• Vårmilen 10 km
  • The Vårmilen marks the start of the running season and is organized on Lidingö in April.
• Bloodomloppet Stockholm 10 km
  • Lidingöloppet is the organizing association for the Blodomloppet Stockholm, June.

Other cross-country races of 10 km with professional timing and result reporting (e.g., Skrylleloppet and Kung Björn-loppet) are also qualifying for the TCS Lidingöloppet and Rosa Bandet-loppet.

Category 2: 10 km city race:

All city races of 10 km with professional timing and result reporting (e.g., Karlstad City Race, Lidköping City Race, or Växjö Race) are seeding grounds for the TCS Lidingöloppet andRosa Bandet-Race.
