Team Competition Results

New format for the team competition 2024

Starting from 2024, women and men will form teams together (3 women + 3 men). Join and compete to be Sweden's fastest or largest running club at 15 km and 30 km. The winning team is the club with the overall best time for their six top runners.

Team Competition MK30 (2024-)

In the 30 km class, the competition is held in teams of six with the three best women and the three best men. The winning team is the club that has the best total time for its six top runners. The winning team receives an inscription in the team prize Carl Milles statuette 'God's Hand'.
