Yes, but only if you have taken out cancellation insurance.

Silver medal times

If you believe you have run a silver medal time and start in start group 2 or lower, you can go to the results tent after finishing at Grönsta. There, your exact race time will be checked and the bronze medal will be exchanged for a silver medal if you have made the time. You can read more about the silver medal times here.

Practical information

Below you will find the most important information regarding your race. Everything for you as a runner or visitor. Please arrive well in advance of your start time so you can visit our sports expo and take advantage of news and offers from our partners.

Changing room and shower

Please come dressed for competition/changed on race day. Changing rooms and outdoor showers are available near the finish line at Grönsta Gärde.

Showers are also available at our accommodations.

At Lidingövallen, we offer showers and changing rooms on Friday and Saturday, not on Sunday.

Number plate distribution

You can pick up your bib number and visit our expo at Lidingövallen before and during the race weekend.

Make your way to the TCS Lidingöloppet

There are many good ways to get to TSC Lidingöloppet, travel eco-friendly by train, the Runner's Bus or by bike. If you travel by car, we recommend carpooling, feel free to use the Ride Share Group.

Lidingöloppet encourages everyone who can to take public transport or cycle to the TCS Lidingöloppet weekend. Here you will find information on how to do it in the best way.

Free bus Ropsten–Lidingövallen

From Ropsten, you can take the TCS Lidingöloppet's free buses directly to Lidingövallen, and back again. At Lidingövallen, you will find the Bib Number Distribution and the Sports Expo. From here, you can also easily walk to both the start and the finish.

To travel by public transport

Traveling by public transport to TCS Lidingöloppet is both convenient and sustainable. Free buses run from Ropsten to the Event Area/Lidingövallen and back. Keep track of the public transport situation at sl.se and make sure to leave plenty of time.

Take the free buses from Ropsten

For those who choose to take public transport to Ropsten or use nearby park and ride facilities, TCS Lidingöloppet's free buses are available for round trips between Ropsten and Lidingövallen.

Taxi and paratransit

For those of you who are taking paratransit or taxi to the TCS Lidingöloppet, please note the address designated for pick-up and drop-off.

It is not possible to take a taxi directly to our various venues (bib distribution, start, and finish) as these roads are closed to regular traffic to facilitate our runners, visitors, and residents.

During the TCS Lidingöloppet, there are limited opportunities to use the car as several roads are closed and the number of parking spaces is limited. Therefore, we encourage you to choose other travel options if possible. If you need to take the car to the TCS Lidingöloppet, you can find maps and information about parking options here.

Traffic

Traffic information for those living in Lidingö during the TCS Lidingö Race weekend.

Travel information and parking

During the TCS Lidingöloppet, there are limited opportunities to use the car as several roads are closed and the number of parking spaces is limited. Therefore, we encourage you to choose other travel options if possible.

If you are coming by car, the best option is to park at Ropsten or another park and ride Map (stockholmparkering.se) and from there take the TCS Lidingöloppet's free buses to and from the event.

If you need to take the car all the way to Lidingö, please note that parking is only permitted in the areas designated by Lidingöloppet.

Some of the parking areas for the Lidingö Race are far from either the start or the finish. Therefore, it is important to arrive well in advance of your start time. This means you need to be at Lidingövallen at least two hours before your start, so plan your trip accordingly.

As part of our efforts to reduce car traffic and to encourage more people to choose our free buses or bicycles, we charge a parking fee of 60 SEK which is paid via Swish, half of the parking fee is donated to the Lidingö Race's Pink Ribbon collection for the Cancer Foundation.

From Ropsten, motorists should follow the yellow signs, as well as instructions from the police and traffic wardens, please note that we strongly advise against driving. Map (stockholmparkering.se).

Traffic information for residents of Lidingö

The traffic situation is strained on Lidingö during the TCS Lidingöloppet. We are constantly working to improve traffic solutions to reduce the number of cars on Lidingö.
