Who are the best IFK runners from Sweden in the TCS Lidingöloppet 30 km?

This Saturday, it's time for the TCS Lidingöloppet, and the 30 km race will also determine the IFK championships in cross-country running. This year marks 130 years since the first IFK association was founded in Sweden. This is being commemorated in various ways throughout the year, and one of them is by making the IFK championship make a comeback. All runners who are registered for the 30 km distance and compete for an IFK association are automatically participating. The fastest woman and the fastest man will become the first IFK champions.
