The Lidingöloppet in Funäsfjällen 10K offers an opportunity to explore beautiful mountain terrain without having to tackle the full distance. At 10 km, this race still poses a significant challenge and represents the perfect first step towards one day perhaps daring to take on our most demanding course - the 30K.

The race starts at the ski stadium in Bruksvallarna and takes the runners across the Ljusnan river via the wooden bridge. The runners start off calmly for the first 500 meters, and the path is lined with grassy marshes, mountain flowers, and a babbling brook, creating a scenic and inspiring environment. When the runners reach the top of the mountain at Kariknallen (1050 meters above sea level), sloping trails await that lead downward towards the mountain birch forest. The race concludes over the new snowmobile bridge and into the finish line at the ski stadium.
